Warranty Coverage

All Vexobraplorvi chairs come with the following warranty coverage starting from the date of original purchase:

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Proof of purchase required for all claims.

What's Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, fabric fading from use)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Damage from use beyond stated weight capacity
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
• Damage from improper assembly
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Commercial use (chairs are warranted for personal/home use)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect
3. Our warranty team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
4. If approved, we'll ship replacement parts or a replacement chair at no cost to you

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The chair must be in its original, unmodified condition
• All original packaging must be included (or equivalent protective packaging)
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained first

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or use our contact form. Once your return is approved, you'll receive shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

Want a different model or color? We make exchanges easy. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the new item is a different price, we'll either charge or refund the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.
